2, Fill in the VISA AND RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATION FORM, and provide a recent passport photograph bareheaded.

3, Alien Employment Permit or Foreign Expert Certificate or Work Permit of Foreigners engaged in offshore oil operations in the Peoples's Republic or documents approved by the Ministry of Culture, provinces authorized by Ministry of Culture, autonomous regions and Department or Bureau of Culture of Municipalities as well as company official letter.

4, Other relative materials about applying for residence permit.

5, Accompanying family members must provide official letters of employment company; mate must provide marriage certificate; parents and children must provide relationship certificate.

6, Aliens over 18 have to provide health certificate for applying for over-one-year residence permit for the first time from the date of entry.
