2, take the pictures

1, approval form of foreigners’ application for permanent residence (provided by the Exit-entry Administration)

2. a photo (two-inch,  colored,  white ground)

3, original passport and related photocopies (information page of the holder of passport, valid endorsement page, latest entry-stamp)

4, other related confirmation with the application
