Details of materials

1、The employer should handle the application report named Employment license for foreigners.

2、The employer should provide the demonstration of industrial and commercial registration or the demonstration as well as the copy registered by the law, organization cord certificate as well as its copy. The foreign-invested enterprise should provide with approval sheet and copies.

3、the valid passport(or visa) and copies.

4、employment LOI;

5、the foreigner’s resume and the practicing licensing engaging in his employment;

6、foreign employee’s health approval sheet as well as its copy;

7、The Employment application form for Foreigners in Zhejiang Province in duplicate;

8、two photos of foreigners (two inches recently bust bareheaded photo).
